I see bags when clicking through your links, but I don’t see the same bag on Hermes.com. Why is that?When Hermes restocks bags, individual product pages go live before the home page. This is part of the Hermes game. By subscribing to Orangebox Insider, you can see the bags before anyone else.

I don't see the bags I want to subscribe to under Plan. How do I know if you offer?We launched subscriptions with Picotin 18 and Picotin 22, and we plan to offer more bags every month.

Can I cancel the plan after I score an Hermes bag?Great job on the score! You can cancel subscriptions at any time. Once you cancel the plan, it will automatically expire at the last day of your current subscription. Please note that digital subscriptions are non-refundable upon purchase.
